Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure we can accommodate all of our patients and clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or reservation: No cancellation fee will be applied. 
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or reservation: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the costs of the time reserved for you.

  • No-shows (failure to show up without prior cancellation): You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service or reservation.

To avoid any cancellation fees, please make sure to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Prescription Refill Policy

To ensure the timely processing and delivery of your prescription refills, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all refill requests. This allows us to verify and prepare your medication properly, avoiding any delays or disruptions in your treatment.

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please submit your refill request at least 24 hours before you need the medication to ensure we can process it without delay.
  • Request Method: Refills can be requested through phone or email. Please ensure all necessary details, including the drug name, the dosage, and quantity, are included in your request.
  • Urgent Requests: In cases of emergencies or urgent needs, please contact us directly at 902-422-8595 so we can assist you as quickly as possible. 
  • Prescription Availability: Prescription refills are subject to review by your veterinary care provider. If a consultation or update to your prescription is required, we will inform you promptly.
